• How are packages shipped ?

    In many instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. For other warehouses, carrier may vary depending on package destination.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    No. We provide free shipping to most countries. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

    • What about customs?

      For some destination countries, customs duties and regulations may apply. We can't estimate the cost of custom's duties as it depends on every destination country current laws and regulations. In case of doubt please check (in advance) with your local Customs Office.

    • UNEEKVARIETY will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

       

       

    • How long does shipping take?

      Shipping time varies by location. 

      Please allow 10-35 business days to receive your order, delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location.

      • Do you provide tracking information?

        Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

      • My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

        For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

      • Will my items be sent in one package?

        For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
